Do you accept dental insurance?
Yes! We accept most PPO dental insurance plans. Before any treatment, our team will verify your benefits and walk you through exactly what your plan covers — no surprises.
Do you offer sedation dentistry for anxious patients?
Yes. Dental anxiety is incredibly common, and we're known for gentle, judgment-free care. We offer sedation options including IV/deep sedation for very anxious patients, along with comfort amenities like noise-cancelling headphones, blankets, neck pillows, warm scented towels, and private TVs with Netflix. Many of our most nervous patients tell us their visits were completely comfortable.
Do you see children?
Absolutely — we're a family practice and love seeing kids! We make visits fun and comfortable with a gentle approach, so children actually enjoy coming to the dentist.
Do you offer Invisalign?
Yes! Dr. Ritu Dhadwal provides Invisalign clear aligner treatment, and your consultation is complimentary. Most treatments take about a year, with check-ins every 6–8 weeks to monitor your progress.
What are same-day teeth with dental implants?
Same-day teeth (often called "Teeth in a Day") is a full-arch implant solution where an entire set of replacement teeth is attached to dental implants in a single visit — you walk out with a complete, functional smile the same day. We work with trusted local labs to design and craft your teeth, combining advanced implant planning with high-quality lab work for results that look and feel natural.
Do you offer veneers and cosmetic dentistry?
Yes. We offer porcelain veneers, cosmetic bonding, professional whitening, Invisalign, and complete smile makeovers using digital smile design — so you can preview your new smile before treatment begins.
Do you have evening or Saturday hours?
Yes. We're open Thursday evenings until 7 PM and Saturdays from 8 AM to 3 PM, making it easy to fit appointments around work and family life.
Do you handle dental emergencies?
Yes, we provide same-day emergency dental care. If you're in pain, broke a tooth, or had an accident, call us at (630) 592-8139 and we'll get you in as quickly as possible.
Do you offer payment plans or financing?
Yes. We offer flexible financing through Cherry, CareCredit, and LendingClub. For patients without insurance, our SmilesHUB Assurance Plan ($349/year for the first family member, $299 for each additional) covers exams, cleanings, x-rays, fluoride treatments, and an emergency exam — plus 10% off standard fees.
What should I expect at my first visit?
A relaxed, unhurried experience. Your first visit includes a gentle comprehensive exam, painless digital x-rays, an oral cancer screening, and time to talk through your goals and any concerns. New patients also receive a complimentary SmilesBAG with a bamboo toothbrush, Marvis toothpaste and mouthwash, Cocofloss, and lip moisturizer.
